Step 1: Access the Dashboard
After logging in, you'll be taken to the Dashboard. This is your central hub for accessing all features and viewing quick statistics about your data connections.
Step 2: Create Your First Connection
- Navigate to Connectors → Connect from the sidebar
- Click the Add Connection button
- Select your connection type:
- Native Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle
- Cloud Storage: AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud
- File Servers: SFTP, FTP
- Data Sets: CSV, JSON, Parquet files
- Enter your connection credentials
- Test the connection to verify it works
- Save your connection
Step 3: Explore Your Data
- Go to Data Catalog → Explorer
- Select your newly created connection from the list
- Browse through tables, schemas, or files depending on your connection type
- Click on any table or file to preview its contents
Step 4: Use AI Assistance
- Navigate to AI Lab → AI
- Type your question or request in natural language, such as:
- "Show me the top 10 customers by revenue"
- "What are the columns in the users table?"
- "Generate a summary of the sales data"
- The AI will process your request and provide relevant results
Step 5: Create a Workflow (Optional)
- Go to Workflows from the sidebar
- Click Create Workflow
- Define your workflow steps to automate data movement or transformation tasks
- Save and run your workflow
